7. Special techniques for sharp, fondant edges & perfectly smooth sides.
8. Stenciling overlays, inlays, ruffles & bows.
9. Texturing, marbling, & use of silicone molds.
10. Sugar flowers – rose, Daisies, cherry blossom.
11. Edible toppers animals & cartoon.
12. Cake handling & packaging.
